Coordination is named after our belief that blockchains enable global-scale coordination.
Inspired by Bitcoin, we build software that serves as neutral financial infrastructure:
We launched the Megapot protocol, a peer-to-peer lottery that coordinates a shared prize pool among liquidity providers, apps, and players. Liquidity providers insure payouts to earn yield, apps build tailored lottery experiences to earn fees and boost retention, and players get long-shot odds to win.
The protocol is developed by Coordination Inc, a U.S. company. Player-facing apps built on it are operated independently, including by licensed gaming operators.
Our team has worked at Uniswap, PoolTogether, Microsoft, and Lyft. Our investors include Dragonfly, Coinbase Ventures, and the founders of Fanduel and Flutter.
